Fondue was invented as a way to use stale bread and aged cheese during the cold winter months when fresh produce was not available. It is now one of the most well known Swiss dishes around.
The most traditional fondue recipe in Switzerland is half gruyère and half vacherin cheese. In France you will get a totally different blend.
During this unique cooking class, you will learn to make two different types of fondues based on authentic recipes, no twists or turns.
We will also teach you the techniques of creating the perfect fondue, the etiquette and how to serve this delicious Swiss specialty.

- For dessert we will show you how to make a delicious and decadent cremant (similar to Champagne) & white chocolate dessert fondue served with pound cake for dipping.
Great cooking is not only about recipes —it's about knowing and applying good cooking techniques. In this fun class you will be cooking hands-on with other participants or your own group of friends led by one of our professional chefs.
